Sound familiar?
- Clients are able to cancel same day despite a 24-hour notice policy, with no automatic way to charge the cancellation fee.
- Some booking software simply doesn't charge the appointment at all if a client cancels last minute.
- Chasing small missed-appointment amounts by reminder for weeks often ends in writing the debt off and blacklisting the client instead of getting paid.
What early access looks like
Early access members will get a simple way to hold a card on file and automatically charge a no-show or late-cancellation fee based on their own policy, with no manual chasing.
In their words
Clients are able to cancel same day despite me having 24 hour notice. I wish it could automatically charge them if they cancel within the appointment cancelation policy.
They don't charge you for the appointment if the client cancels last minute!
I give them a month to pay and then I send an electronic reminder... After 3-4 tries I write it off because it is usually smaller amounts less than $25 but I mark their file and will not do business with them again.
